"How To" Information
Place Your Order
Using the instructions to locate your School/City/State, you can order the specific items required by your school or organization as they appear on your schools page. Select the items and complete the purchase by choosing your color/size and quantity. When you have completed your shopping, you may “Check-out” using an acceptable major credit card.
Figure Shipping Cost and Arrival Times
Your shipping cost will be added to your order in your shipping cart. The shipping rate you will receive is a special rate based on bulk shipping directly to the school. All items will ship within 48 hours of the date indicated on your schools specific page. All students that have ordered will be able to pick up their pre-paid items from the school on the date / time / and place designated by your director.
If you need specific shipping prior to the advertised date, you may log on to the IctusLimited.com site and place an individual order. Note that shipping rates will likely be higher for individual shipping.
Orders that are
placed after the advertised “ending date” will
be subject to individual shipping rates.

If you do not have access to a credit card - your director/school/or
booster group will provide a specific day and time that you
may bring other forms of payment (cash or checks) to them
and they will place your order for you.
Likewise, if you do not have internet access, a day and time will be specified where you may have access through a school or booster group provided computer.
Know Sizes
Specific
size charts are available on the size
chart page or upon request for most all items. We adhere
to industry standards for sizing. Sizes are the responsibility
of the purchaser.
A service representative will be able to guide you with specifics.
Minimum requirements for size information would be the sex,
age, height and weight of the user.
Other Things You May Need to Know
Return Policy
Hassle Free Exchange & Return! No restocking fees or minimum charges apply to any exchange of in-stock products for 14 days after shipping! Any exchanges or returns after the 14 days will be assessed shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. To assure that a return is received in the proper location and that the return is properly credited to your account, it is always necessary to obtain a "Return Authorization" in advance of the return. Return Authorization Numbers (RA#) can be issued during normal business hours from a customer service representative.
NOTE :
Your school may have specific arrangements for any returns
as a one-time process for all students. Check with your uniform
chairperson or director before contacting us to find the method
that will be best for you.
Claims
It is important
for you to check your shipment immediately upon receipt. Shipping
damages require that YOUR SCHOOL / ORGANIZATION file a claim
with the carriers within 10 days for any damaged merchandise.
Any shortages of product should be reported to us within 72
hours. Be aware that your order may ship from multiple warehouses
and may arrive on different days.
